Inspire me
As shallow as it might sound I like beautiful things and I like my life to be filled with beauty. Β However, as we all know, ‘beauty is in the eye of the beholder’ and one woman’s beauty is another’s Frankie Boyle naked. Β I constantly harp on here about mixing and matching, opposites attract and the juxtaposition of things. Well that applies to every aspect of my life. Wandering along the leafy, tree linedΒ Highline in NYC, at dusk, the enormous buildings either side made me so happy, inspired me and made me want to change….A change with regards to what I don’t know but the architecture, that I papped for my Instagram and then later shared on my TwitterΒ {@redshoesnonix}, was ~ to me ~ beautiful.
I don’t know what this building is, whether it’s offices or housing but I do know that it’s my screen saver on my iphone and every time I look at it I want to live in NYC, wear fabulous heels, discover London more, take amazing photos, travel, find the perfect rucksack, make a dress, write a book, own a capsule wardrobe {when do I ever say things like that!?} have great hair, buy killer underwear…….
She inspires me and for that I am most thankful.
If you’re not already following me in Instagram take a look over here {redshoesnoknickers} and see what you’ve been missing while I’ve been in NYC.
