Did someone say queue-lots??
ME!
I said it ages ago didn’t I? Here….back in the summer April.
Is it a skirt? Is it trousers? No it’s culottes. This morning was it raining? No it was June hating on us and I needed to be warm and comfortable. Out came my £1 culottes.
(h&m white cotton top, dyed m&s pink vest, £1 charity shop culottes, orla kiely belt, m&s wedges)
For some reason I managed to have to flash on so these piccies are a little washed out but I think you’ll agree that £1 queue-lots are so full that they could be mistaken for a skirt, in fact someone did say they liked my skirt today and I corrected her by squatting and saying
‘Culottes my friend…You should try them.’
This is actually known as ‘The queue-lots stance’, popular amongst culotte wearers the world over.

I am in love with culottes! I own a few pairs and often partake in the stance to show people that they are not a skirt! They are a very underated fashion piece! For someone like me who isn’t very girly they are THE perfect alternative to a skirt and far more practical!
Franki, I couldn’t have written that better myself. The comfort, the slyness of ‘Are they, aren’t they?’, the ‘world famous queue – lots stance’, the fact that you can high kick AND lunge…What’s not to love?
Such lovely queue-lots. You cannot find these in shops – you were very lucky! xx
Get yourself to a vintage store my sweet friend or go rooting round in charity shops…You will find them I promise! x
I never knew!! The queue-lot seems to have so much more to it than meets the eye. Be gone common poo-catchers. There is a new culotte on the block!
